Refund + Exchange Policy


Here at Porterie our customers are number one. We stand behind our services 100% and if you have an issue with your purchase we will be here to help.  

  Returns & Refunds:

  • You have 10 days from the day you receive the item to return.
  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, unless there is a promo.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, and in the same condition, in which you received it. 
  • Please include original receipt along with unworn, undamaged merchandise.
  • Once your item is received, we will inspect, and notify you that we received your returned item. 
  • If it is an item you want a refund for, we will then immediately notify you in regards to your refund after inspection.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
